Due to the pandemic, we've made some new improvements to our everyday operations. Self-storage is an essential business because it provides services to commercial customers who provide essential products and services to the general public. And for your convenience our storage facility has stayed open during normal hours of operation.

During these uncertain and anxious times, we know the last thing you want to worry about is your safety while you're accessing or moving into your storage unit. In order best serve you, we started electronic contract signing to help create a contact free rental experience. And we are taking extra precautions to maintain a healthy environment and shorten the amount of time our employees and tenants are in contact. These measures include enhancing our cleaning procedures and utilizing technology more than ever while still maintaining the same office and tenant access hours.

Online, Contact Free Self-Storage Rentals

Our improved online storage rental system allows a contact-free process and saves you time. Instead of spending 15 minutes in the office, you can spend five minutes clicking through the process online: Simply select the unit you need and we will email you your contract. Just sign your lease digitally to start the process. You will receive your access code by phone. Once your rental is confirmed, you can move into your storage unit.

Protect Yourself and Others During the Coronavirus

We urge everyone to continue following the Center for Disease Control's (CDC's) guidance for protecting yourself and preventing the spread of the virus in addition to any specific orders issued for Charlotte County and the state of Florida.

We also encourage you to practice social distancing and proper hygiene during this time, particularly before and after you visit a public place or our facility. The virus can be viable in the air for up three hours, on copper for up to four hours, on cardboard for up to 24 hours, and on plastic or stainless steel for up to 72 hours.

Some preventative tips include:

• Avoid touching your face (especially eyes, nose, and mouth).
• Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
• Wear a face mask or covering in public, if possible.
• Stand at least 6 feet apart from others to practice social distancing.
