STEP 2: Enter your email address & password. New users need to enter the email address & click Reset Password. You'll get an email to create your secure password to use the system.
STEP 3: Click Sign In.
STEP 4: View your online account information.
STEP 5: Enter your credit card and billing information and then submit payment.
STEP 6: You can view & print your online payment confirmation and we also send you an email.
STEP 7: Click Logout.
